Henry Neill

Baritone

Biography

Henry Neill graduated from the Royal Academy of Music. He held a fest position at Deutsches National Theater Weimar (2017–19). Recent highlights include Lescaut (Manon) and Count Almaviva (Le nozze di Figaro) at Theater Aachen, Papageno (The Magic Flute) at Opera på Skäret, Sweden, Eötvös’ The Golden Dragon at Theater Fribourg, Fiorello (Il barbiere di Siviglia) at Opéra National de Lorraine, cover Ned Keene (Peter Grimes) at the Royal Opera House, Schaunard (La bohème) at Opera North, Edmund Bertram in Jonathan Dove’s Mansfield Park at The Grange Festival, Noah in Russell Hepplewhite’s Silver Electra with English Touring Opera and Friquet in Offenbach’s Vert-Vert at Garsington Opera. His 2024/25 season engagements include Guglielmo (Così fan tutte) at Opera North, Samuel (The Pirates of Penzance) at English National Opera and Landsknecht Two (Schwanda der Dudelsackpfeifer) at Theater an der Wien.
